Booking ProcessMaking a booking is easy, you can use our easy to use platform, or direct message us on our social media. Alternatively, you can call us on 07835 008217 .

Deposits and No ShowsPlease note that deposits are non-refundable, if a booking is cancelled within 72 hours of the hire date. Late cancellations or no shows will incur the full payment.

Insurance CoveragePlease rest assure that we as a business are covered by our public liability insurance. Copies of our insurance policies are available upon request.

AvailabilityOur inflatables are available to book every day of the week.

Order Modifications and Date ChangeItems can be changed within 24hrs of booking, if available. Date changes can be changed up to 48hrs before the booking dates.

Booking NoticeWhile we accept bookings any time, our schedule fills up fast. Therefore, to secure your preferred date, we advise to book well in advance avoid any disappointment.

PricingOur prices are set, unless stated otherwise on any offers that may occur throughout the year, only on our social media. Full pricing information is available on our booking page. Delivery charges are included in the price. Unless you are out of the Manchester and Cheshire area, a delivery fee WILL apply.

Overnight HireUnfortunately, we do not allow or offer overnight hire, but we do offer additional hour hire. This is charged at £50 per hour.

Set Up & Packing Timesetting up the inflatables can take anywhere from 20-40 mins, this excludes any time to add balloons. These times are approximate and may vary based on the chosen package and venue access.

Included ServicesEvery booking includes a blower, extension cable and safety crash mats. It also includes the setting up and collection .

Cancellation Policy-Cancel 72 hours before the hire date for a full refund. -Within 72 hours the holding deposit won't be refunded. -On arrival cancellation occurs full payment. -If we have to cancel due to a valid reason, a full payment is required. This includes scenarios such as, insufficient space, inaccurate description fitting issues, double bookings, venue not suitable, wrong dates, change of mind or forgotten cancellations.

Space RequirementsEach inflatable has their specific space, this needs to be outlined on its booking page. Please ensure you have adequate space and suitable surfaces for safe equipment operation. If you are unsure, please feel free to send any pictures of the space/venue to our mobile 07835 008217 or via email @thewhitehousebouncehouse@outlook.com.

Supervision RequirementsAll equipment must be supervised by a responsible adult over the age of 18. Larger events may require additional supervision. Event staff can be provided at an extra cost upon request, subject to availability. Manning staff are responsible for the equipment operation and safety supervision, not for childcare or venue security. Clients must ensure adequate security measures and attendance are in place during the event with fencing arranged for public locations.

Unsuitable Venue SpaceIf the venue/space isn't suitable upon delivery, set up will be declined and full charges are applied. This includes the undisclosed restrictions such as height limitations stairs, obstacles, access issues parking restrictions, high winds in open spaces or exercise distance to the site.

Limited Garden AccessFor any reason we had to deliver through homes or properties our staff take care, but any damage is the clients responsibility. Repair, replacement, and any related costs are at the clients expense in such cases.

Care and Safety Guidelines for InflatesFor detailed care and safety information of our inflatables, please refer to our waiver forms that are sent at the time of booking. All inflatables WILL be checked before and after collection. Failure to comply with our terms and conditions, Any result in additional charges. "WE EXPECT ALL EQUIPMENT TO BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CLEAN AND UNDAMAGED CONDITION AS DELIVERED. ANY SORT OF DAMAGE TO ANY OF THE EQUIPMENT UPON COLLECTION WILL INCUR AND EXTRA CHARGE" "THERE IS NO FOOD, DRINKS, FACE PAINTS, WATER, CONFETTI, OR ANY LIQUIDS, ALLOWED ON ANY OF OUR INFLATABLES. FAILURE TO ADHERE TO THIS WILL RESULT IN A CLEANING CHARGE"

Contingency Plan for Rain/Adverse Weather ConditionsWe aim to honour your bookings even in rainy conditions. However, for safety risks or potential of damage to equipment, due to rain, we may cancel your reservation. In such cases a full refund will be issues for cancelled bookings. We are not liable for adverse weather conditions during your hire period, and no fee reduction will be offered. Inflatables cannot be operated in wind speeds exceeding 23mph. Should high winds occur during your hire, the inflatable must be unplugged, until the wind speed decreases. This is to ensure the compliance of the safety standards and minimise any accident risks. In extreme cases of wind a full refund or alternative date will be provided upon cancellation. However, if we attend the venue the full payment will be required.
